man I was like this at one stage and a friend said just watch and you will absorb it...some one should post the old shuffle from down under it really is easy as swilow said...try on a little MDMA or a little coke... I think tripping on T-7 isn't such a good idea whlie trying to learn to dance
 
WHAT is with all non-dancers here? Just do it- its awesome fun and very liberating, and WHO KNOWs, you might be the next Fred Astaire ;) :D

Man, has anyone heard the band Ash Ra Tempel? Fucking awesome droney 70's dark proggy weirdness (look for music by them before they went electronic- at that stage they simply called themselves Ashra). The Ash Ra Tempel self titled is dark gold!! %)8o<3:D
 
^ a few years ago I could hardly move now I am better than most of those on the vid'...I love seeing girls move like that=D
I used to ask peole to show me how to shuffle and heaps of people took it like they were guarding some kind of secret..kinda like if you can't do it fuck off

I teach everyone it's fucking fun to dance with strangers=D

I don't know why I never started dancing earlyer...dancing is the best thing in the world<3<3<3
 
Shufflin is purty easy- feet at ninety degree angle; lift one leg and rotate the other, so both land back at ninety degrees. Do stuff with arms. Use talcum powder. And GHB ;)
 
hey man I am better my panic attacks seem to have subsided...though a strange thing happend last night as I was going to sleep I had a huge trip out and I saw myself rise out of my body and turn into a huge demon:(

but who gives shit life is short to try figure out my twisted lil brain=D
