120 / 80 is considered to be a pretty good blood pressure while sober. for a physically intense drug like ibogaine i wouldn't be surprised to see a healthy person's blood pressure get as high as 160 / 100... perhaps even a tad higher. roger is likely typing up a better answer than this right now tho.

My last go, I think it got as high as 150 / 100.

132/75 / 80bpm sounds about right for a healthy nervous person, and 100/77 is a great blood pressure. if that blood pressure is an accurate indicator of how healthy you are, then you should be fine to handle ibogaine.
 
I was told I am in excellent health at my physical last year, my cholesterol was the best the doctor had ever seen (the good wasn't too much lower than the bad, it was like 201 total but since the good cholesterol level was 80-something the doctor was like wow

I realize it's not the same as BP but I didn't get an EKG (I did get one when I was younger and it was good but I was a teenager)... so I don't have a lot to go on, but that's encouraging, thank you :)

Got all my doses weighed out and plans written down, all that's left is to chillax a bit and 2 hours from now, take the intro dose.
 
God man, I haven't been so nervous about a psychedelic ever, I really haven't. Second place would be the first time I tripped but even then I didn't really know what to expect and I couldn't have imagined the type of intensity it was. This is just next level.
 
That's normal to be that nervous. I had never in my life been scared to take a drug till ibogaine 2013. Fear/excitement, same difference.

BP cuff is a good rec....I have kinda high BP, and I was amazed at how low the Ibo dropped my BP....pretty crazy. But you are in good health...I had no ECG either....was nervous too, until it took effect....it's so immersive that you don't really have a chance to evaluate.....and then it just *takes* you....

Sending out the good vibes E....it truly is a psychedelic amongst psychedelics...or oneirogens or what have you....divine stuff. Just the molecular structure alone gives me a hard on....that 5-MeO DMT hiding in there heheh....beautiful....whodda thunk? Crazy African roots! Them roots be burrowing all up in that shit....:D

the best/cheapest way to get pure harmaline is to extract it from syrian rue seeds. the extraction is really easy, and only requires water and salt. i did it once with a tek that i saw on erowid. let me know if you can't track down that tek and i'll try to find it for ya.

you don't even need to grind the seeds.... they're porous enough that you can just boil the whole seeds to do the extraction :D (which makes filtering the seeds out afterwards super easy)
