I've been using an eCig myself... originally it was Vapor 123 brand, but I have since replaced both the battery and cartomizer. I certainly like it much better than smoking tobacco, but I want to cut back. I started doing it to deal with stress and to be able to give myself a buzz of some sort whenever I was really craving opiates.

That's cool you make your own liquid... you use propylene glycol as the base? I buy my liquid from the local head shops, I prefer the strawberry flavor to any other I've tried. One time I got the pina colada flavor and it was straight up nasty, I hated it, I actually threw away the cartomizer afterwards because I couldn't get the flavor out. It tasted like an even nastier version of those nasty buttered popcorn flavored jelly beans.

^ I'm actually vaping a strawberry cupcake flavor right now. Delicious. 70VG 30PG.

I like your set up MGS. Do you rebuild the coils for that pro tank? From selling them it turned into a serious hobby and I was bad with collecting them for a while. I've managed to sell most of them since I mainly only ever use my Provari.

This is SOME of the collection lol.. It's good to have some extras, even though the provari is indestructible. That's what you get when you drop 200 dollars on a piece. My girlfriend uses the Provari as well. I keep other Ecigs around mainly to try to convert guests when they're over. Since I don't allow smoking of cigs in my house (only the ganj) I let them play around with a mod until they can't take it anymore and go outside for a cig lol.

The whole entire collection is ridiculous. The amount of tanks and juices I have is sickening. But luckily I'm a nice guy and when I do turn one of my guests onto e-cigs they usually leave with a pretty nice set up for free. My main goal is to teach people that the gas station e-cigs are a no go.

I buy a 1/4 liter of nicotine diluted in PG 100mg/ml for $20...and I bought some 'strawberry flavor' from one of the ecig supply places for $4, and some vegetable glycerine from whole foods ($5) and with that, I make up a full liter of ejuice for under $30. It is the way to go because ejuice is pretty expensive at the shops, I think the one around here charges $11 for 20 or 30ml of 36mg/ml juice. Now that is an obscene profit!

Nice collection Laika. Yeah, it is hard to see my buddys who still spend all their money on shitty prerolled cigs when they can vape. I just cannot understand how people like cigs anymore.....I'm really thinking of my best friend...between his habit of eating McDonalds every day, and the chain smoking of Pall Malls...heh man I just don't get it. I am grateful I don't have those habits anymore. I try to convert every smoker I know to the joys of vaping.

You can find VG cheaper on Amazon. I like VG because it already has a sweet flavor and makes bigger clouds. But I do need SOME PG in there.

How long have you guys been off the tobacco and on the vape train?
I'm so glad I don't smoke anymore, and I'm not dependent on nicotine. It's great to save myself that $7-$15/day and eliminate that cancer risk.

Some of those e-cigs look like they could be straight out of a sci-fi movie set in the not so distant future. I can totally picture some half bionic dude puffin on one of those as he barrels down the street in his own personal spaceship of a floating car, haha.

I started on ecigs in 2011, went back to tobacco for most of 2013, mostly because I could bum them for free and I didn't have the funds for my fancy ecigar. It took me about a month to get used to ecigs but I think a lot of that was that I used Njoys which are really crappy. I think if I had this ecigar thing right away I would have gotten used to it much faster.

Wrap your ears around this baby....Oddly, this band were an extreme metal (black metal) group before suddenly changing to glitch FSOL style electronic...This track is sublime.

^I'll play the triangle. Or the cannon if you wanna go all Tchaikovsky.

Haha, I'll play the Fisher Price xylophone! Maybe the recorder, learned to play it in grade 3, got pretty good at jingle bells :P

The coolest musical instrument is the formula 1 engine. On a worn out engine, as a farewell the team played "God Save the Queen" via computer tunings and throttle openings. It was actually able to make somewhat proper notes. :)

I hit a full year on February 11th after smoking 2 packs per day after a 12-13 year habit.
I started playing with them in 2011 as well but it was just the blu and the refills were expensive and I was oblivious to the world of higher end mods and DIY techniques. I was on and off with them until my girlfriend(stardust.hero) had quit for a full year and then went back to cigarettes so she became determined to quit again for real. That's when she got a nice long lasting variable voltage e-cig. I played with that a bit and then bought my own and haven't turned back since.

One of the e-cigs does has an R2D2 wrap around it. So it definitely is spacey a little bit lol.

And by the way, I have concocted a JWH-122 juice that I still have some of lol.

What chemical(s) would you most prefer to vape?

I've tried some of the 'noids in there but it doesn't seem to work well and they all taste really bad and make the machine taste bad, requiring me to clean it. If I had access to quality wax, I'd be smoking that.

Willow, man try some ecigs. I don't know what kind to recommend as most of the cheap disposable ones I have tried suck...I'd just check out a local vapor store, most of them let you try out the various juices. Seriously, do it! You will love being able to smell and taste again, your sig other or friends will love that you don't smell like ashes, and think of the real drugs you can buy with the money. Finally, I really love vaping in and of itself...it is probably the most pleasurable drug I use these days. I can go without weed or noids, I don't even take my adderall every day anymore...but my coffee and vapor...I would seriously not want to live without 'em.

There are ecig boards just like bluelight...sign up and ask for a recommendation. You will be a happy camper filled with glee once you get off cigs.

41 pages in what kind of view? 40 posts per page? (That's what I always have mine set to.)

The default number, ~25 per page over the last few.

E-cigar? Do not say that again, or I will punch you through the internet. A cigar is a hand-crafted piece of art, combining the sweat and blood of farmers, and the skill of career rollers, to produce a flavor experience akin to that of fine wines. An e-cigar is a laughable idea, and an insult.

Darnit, I don't think I've had a cigar in a year, as we're talking $8-15 for a good stogie (most I ever spent on a single cigar, $40). I was doomed when I developed a chronic cigarette habit (I even tossed my pipes/pipe tobacco, since they were no long satisfying :(), and daily cigars cause me Crohn's Disease difficulties, whereas cigs don't. My birthday is coming up, so I'll haveta grab a couple.

A friend has an e-cig similar to that though, they're pretty cool. I do like some of the flavors, sour apple was good. Kinda reminds me of hookah.

Dang, I might have to switch. My cigarette habit is unaffordadble given cost of living, my more serious habit, and my work hours being cut back (and I only worked on weekends as it was :|).

Fuck, I need to quit tobacco..... Someday...

I was considering quitting, but it turns out the lorazepam I was on for 3 months made tobacco have nothing but negative effects, once I got off of that the prospect of quitting in the near future dwindled to nothing.

And PM me sometime about how things are going, you're one of my favorite people in the world, it'd be nice to get an email exchange or something going before you next leave BL. :)<3

We had to learn that in elementary school, also we took mandatory singing through 1-6th grade, or something like that. I remember nothing. I've borrowed a couple instruments from my sister over the years*, but don't have the discipline to learn music, or I just need to go for something I really love the sound of, instead of something I only think sounds good played at a high level (so I guess I'd haveta learn bass, if anything...or pipe organ or harpsichord).

And if you can make Southeast Ontario, Canada switch geographical locations with the city of Ontario, California, we could chill sometime~

*She plays: Bassoon, Bass Clarinet, Clarinet. Also dabbles in saxophone, keyboard, accordion, violin, guitar/ukulele and lord knows what else. Her level of over-achievement is matched only by my level of under-achievement.

Or he can just hit me up. After a year in the industry I can pinpoint the perfect set up depending on each individuals cigarette consumption.

^Sounds like a cop out from your friend. Even if he was buying lots of liquid it still comes out to way less than cigs.
And for a decent reliable, long battery life e-cig it will cost you anywhere from 45-60 dollars. And that's usually the most expensive part of it unless you end up graduating to the big guns like MGS and myself have shown in pictures.
