yeah it hurts, especially if i try to walk around. the only possible way to walk is on my heels, and that still hurts. i'm keeping my feet elevated while sitting/laying down... soon as i put them down the blood rushes to them and they get all painful and full of pressure.

my mom, bless her heart, gave me some of her vicodin. not a lot of it though, and after taking 5mg of it every 4-6 hours for the past couple days its starting to not work too well.

listening to that track btw^ pretty chill so far.

Eeep tnw. Barefoot even in +15C isn't pleasant IME. As to how you ended up doing such a thing, I'm sure you're already feeling less than stellar for doing.

Getting to the point where you don't realize your doing such things is pretty unhealthy. Take it easy man, I hope you get better. <3

I would hole but my moms here so it wouldnt be smart even though she's sleeping lol

is Human Planet good documentary?

Those blisters are good TNW. It shows that the capillaries in your dermis are still intact enough I transport fluid.
Dr is a must but I think you will recover. Thy frostbite doesn't look like it will require surgical intervention although I suspect that neurotrophic pain will be enevitable.

Well without insurance that will be crazy expensive. But I personally know surgeons and physicians that will actually write off giving uninsured patients for tax refunds. Also you will be given the Pfizer discount cards that will bump it down to about $20/month for 6 months. Then they may extend it because you ate in the uninsured pool they give charity discounts to.

i don't have the money to pay to go to the clinic, my mother says she really doesn't think i need to go. don't know what the fuck to do. fuck my life.

Any state that I've been in I've always been able to go the ER and tell them I'm broke and jobless and get taken care of without paying anything.

They can't send debt collectors after you for hospital bills at least, but they do affect your credit report/score

the fucked up thing, though, is they can send debt collectors after you for ambulance bills. I had my state income tax return garnished to pay an ambulance bill. And that ambulance came because i attempted suicide and my roommates called 911.

the ambulance came and "saved" me then sent me a bill. extortion IMO, I didn't want to live anyway.

Damn man. These things do happen, my best friend just reminded me back in his K days he (among other things) took off in the snow headed to the Church he went to in childhood, tore up his feet and would up in the ER. I'm the last person to act like I am perfect since I delt with drug addiction for the better part of a decade but since we are all friends in here...I hope we can all let this be a lesson to us. What does that commercial say, 'it's all fun and games till the drugs take over your life.' and maybe that is a little stark but it is your foot and you only have two of em.

I really do hope you recover soon and this be the last foolishness you ever have to talk about with regards to your substance use and the decisions you take while under such things.

Regards

MGS

Imagine if you could be on MDMA 24/7, would you get bored of it ever?

First off, I must admit the one category of drugs I've never used is the enactogen class. However, as forced speech and empathatic-lovey-dover-optimism are something I get with meth on zero tolerance, I think that'd be a horrible thing to experience. Plus, euphoria impairs productivity as much as depression IME. So f-no, I wouldn't want that.

I'll admit, I am priviledged to have parents who had the means and desire to put me on skis when I was a kid, but I have friends who never skied when they were kids, live paycheck to paycheck, and still managed to try it out and go a few times a year.

My sister has been learning how to ski! She says it's lots of fun (in spite of injur(y/ies).

Did you see women's skeleton? The reaction of our chick when she won silver is one of my favorite moments of Sochi...she jumped into the stands and climbed up a railing/wall to get to her family and hug them, after she jumped on top of her coach in jubilation).

Seek medical care, now. If you go for the emergency room, even though you can't get rid of the bill via bankruptcy, they can't force you to pay it either (I stopped hearing about my bill of late 2010 after a year or two).

Now matter how bad the credit/facial hot is you have to go. It could lead to amputation or gangrenous flesh deterioration.

Set up an appointment with a GP or an acute phase leg, ankle, and foot. Your injury can not be ignored. Please please please seek treatement!!!!!!
Just dont go to the ER, they will fuck you.

Please do, I'm very concerned for you Chuck!
I hope everything goes well, just say you were outside on a hike without boots, so the drug-psychiatric thing doesn't come up.

pretty sure i've lined up a clinic visit for tomorrow afternoon.... will report back...

Hope you make a full recovery soon. <3 I put off seeing a doctor once for financial reasons, horrendous pain after eating, eventually went when my feces turned black (which I knew was a sign of internal bleeding). Basically what I'm saying is, better now than risk things turning gangrenous or something. Even if it's difficult for your finances, if you don't have your health you have nothing.

Really? I don't know much about cold related health problems, but if my foot looked like that I'd be very concerned. The way I was raised, whether or not to see a doc is a case of, "If you have to ask, you already know the answer."

.

My credit score is probably negative, if that's possible.

And OMG, I just caught the end of US vs Russia men's hockey. That was epic, tie game, tie overtime, into free shot or whatever you call it, and USA wiiiiiiins.
