So we had an epic night last night. It's weird though, my MXE bag which had been a whole gram was just PRECISELY enough for the 5 of us last night (like, the last booster anyone had was the end of the bag and it was exactly the amount desired... and no one wanted more after that). When I opened it up it seemed like there was less than there should be. And it was super strong, 25mg had me very MXEed out, I had 50mg over the course of the night but slowly, and it was really intense. It's like my MXE condensed or something, I have no idea where it went. In reality I probably spilled some last time I did it, I guess... but that sucks because I lost a lot of it, probably even a half gram. Oh well, it certainly served its purpose and I can always get more.
The MDMA came out to play at some point and everyone had some, and everyone agreed that the combo is amazing.
The whole night was awesome, but the highlight for me was when me and the two guys whose band I joined (who were tripping with us) spontaneously started jamming... I don't have my djembe yet but I sat at the drum set and disengaged the snare on the snare drum and hand drummed on the snare. It was SO tight... it was my first time really jamming with these guys and we were in a serious groove together. Me and the bass player both got super excited because it went so well, like, it went REALLY well. So envigorating!
This is gonna be awesome, I can't wait to start playing with them. I was nervous to start but now I feel confident. A couple of times the bass player just stopped and laughed because he couldn't believe how together we were. Throughout the night we would just sit down and jam for a few minutes... one time we turned on a Grateful Dead jam and started jamming with it, and then the speaker went out but we kept playing and the others listening didn't realize it wasn't the recording for a few minutes, that was my favorite jam.
Today I'm pretty tired though and a little hung over (got drunk at the end too). But feeling good.
I'm gonna shower and do a few things and then go hang out with my lady friend at her place and have a relaxing day.
My cat still won't eat so they're putting a feeding tube in... but other than that he seems to be improving, he seems in less pain and he's more personable again.
Why is MXE so fun guys? :D I'm glad it doesn't seem to have an addictive pull for me, the only time I do it is with friends, once a week or less. And it's awesome every time, but I never feel the desire to do it at home by myself. That's kind of a first for me, liking a drug so much and not having to struggle not to do it too often.

Its so troubling when your animal friend is unwell, their lack of language also adds extra stress...
