I am thoroughly stuffed. Theres only three of us here so there will be ridiculous leftovers for a few days. :)

Right now Im debating between my second slice of pumpkin pie or my first slice of pecan pie.

Got mah eat on. Was fun. Caught up with family I never get to see.

My younger cousin is taking high school chemistry and she's a really gifted student, the kid is fucken sharp-- I was telling her about molecular orbital theory and she was totally with it, asked me some questions that really made me think "goddamn, this kid knows what's up man"... and then I thought fuck, when I was a sophomore in high school I was such a dumbass. :D

I was kind of a bad kid actually, always getting in trouble & shit-- if I could do my teenage years over, I would have just CHILLED THE FUCK OUT lol-- I was always so damn agitated and rebellious all the time. I could have gotten away with 10x more shenanigans if I had played it cooler.

Ahh, reminiscin' on the old days..

is that about how like there are (8?) oribtals around a molecule and thats like where the electrons are?
 
Nah, the octet rule is lewis theory. Molecular orbital theory is more correct in a quantum mechanical sense than lewis bonding theory, which predated quantum mechanics. Kinda hard to explain via typing, but you can look it up on wiki-- not very interesting stuff except for nerds. :D
