By that logic, any amino acid that doesn't have another amine on it besides the "amino terminus" group is also a monoamine?

I just thought amino acids fell outside the monoamine class.

By literary definition I see the connection though.
 
^That may be the case, I'm not much of a biochemist TBH.

edit-- Just looked it up. Yeah, you're right. There needs to be an aromatic ring to be considered a "monoamine". :)

Monoamine neurotransmitters are neurotransmitters and neuromodulators that contain one amino group that is connected to an aromatic ring by a two-carbon chain (-CH2-CH2-).-wiki

Heyhey PD my personal journal how are you today?? ...I thinks it's that time of season where love is in the air <3 I've been chatting a bit over FB with a girl I've had a crush on for years. We've talked before and I could tell there was a potential for something special, but I never pursued it because it didn't seem right at the time. But lately I'm feeling like it's time to start living in the moment and just go for it! We've both matured alot and I can sense what was there before is even stronger. I just have to learn to be confident and not let my ego completely rest on this like I have with relationships in the past.

I'm starting to feel the giddy effects of the love drug, that "rolling on life" feeling is coming back. <3 P Dizzle

I think you could also make a great living playing guitar with your penis. Just sayin'...;)

Imagine that: if you could modulate your erectile strength an attach it to some sort of pipe organ....

But srsly, if I don't have the means to make some sort of sound, be it a guitar, a computer, a penis-ogan, or a multitude of pens, I'd lose my mind.

Same here :) Gives me so much more motivation to keep living on haha. I sense something special with a girl I've been talking to FB as well. Girls are cool and stuff.
