Indeed.

Nary a wink o sleep here grrr. I got close at one point; started stacking boxes, doing some weird maths thing in me head and then boom awake.

:|- if only.

yea sorry dude.
i was benzod up and thought you were saying something about me

I grew up with cats and missed having one around ever since moving out. Fortunately my current neighbor's cat is really friendly and likes to hang out in my yard, plus my new housemate brought her cat with her when she moved in.

Ah cyats. :D

Man i'd love to walk a dog.

It sucks not having a pet around. I'm used to having cats around everyday. Nothing like coming home to a little fuzzy cat who wants nothing but love and a whole lot of food.

Can't wait to get my very own cat. Maybe in a few years.

I'll never be without a dog circumstances permitting. The type of dog I own now actually owns the world record for longest recorded lifespan, a mind boggling 29 years and 5 months! Most live to around 14-16 years old, but damn I'd be so happy to have my current dog still with me for 10-20 more years. I already marvel at how close he and I have grown over the years, and the manner in which we've learned to communicate with each other. I think I read once that the average dog's intelligence is on par with a 3-4 year old human...if that's true, then i would imagine the older the dog, the more it would continue to learn and then compare at an even higher level to human thought. I notice even at 10 years old he is continually picking up new things. One example is he totally knows the word walk, or even just the first syllable, or any of the words attached to the phrase "do you want to go for a walk?". I can say the word "gopher" and he knows it is from the same sound pattern I made at him that also contains "walk". It's crazy I have to use the word "perambulation" to discuss any potential walks with other people so he doesn't get excited too soon, and lately I think he's caught on to the new wordsound for "perambulation". He's too quick! If he gets to break the world record for age he will probably be smart enough to go on wheel of fortune!

<3 my dog Dingo <3

I was...;) all good.

Fucking got the giggles now....Imagine Edward Scissorhands trying to tie his shoes.

And big grins to the PD dogs, my feller is a 7 year old rottweiler, really gentle and basically a big wimp...His favorite trick is essentially just spinning in circles. He also jumps on the spot- it looks fucking weird- he's big. :D <3

What type of dog do you have Catfish? My Henry knows walk, but GET IT even better, fortuntelay what he gets tends to be my shoes or his favorite toy, a piece of mangled rope :)

So I watched A Clockwork Orange for the first time last night. Is it strange that I'm just now getting around to watching it?

It was one of the strangest films I've ever seen and its very kubricky. I havent read the book either and I'm thinking I should have before I saw the film. Something about the protagonist's reinvention reminds me of deep a psychedelic experience.

Australian Cattle Dog :)

It's funny to start to realize how many unintended words/sounds your dog ends up learning to ascribe meaning to. My dog knows the word "pizza" lol and the phrase "kill the baby" hahaha

wait a tick...i had 1k posts just the other day. have i been that bad? ;)

nearjat you and me both brother. fight the good fight it's worth it

Hopefully it's worth it. Haha sure it's less stress right now but I wonder if the extra schooling is worth it.

Can't wait to go to an actual four year school, move out n all that.
