I actually have been put on a a daily dose of benzos that is really helping with my anxiety. Something that my doctor said really stuck to me. When I mentioned my stomach pain he said things like that can be caused by anxiety. And the funniest thing is ever since I started taking the anxiety med my belly stopped hurting. It has been such a gift and I'm so thankful to the universe for making that pain stop. It's put me in the greatest mood all day long.

I'm so thankful to be alive right now, and I feel like almost all of the sadness has disappeared from me. :)

Just be careful not to raise yer dose too high, charlie. And when you come off the benzos, come off slowwwww but steady.

Glad yer feeling better man. :)

Thanks guys, I'm going to be as careful as I can. I have someone else watching out over my pills for me so I have no choice but to take them as directed. This will be the best bet for me because it will prevent any situations from happening in which I'd like to take a large amount of pills for whatever reason. I'm going to keep my tolerance as low as possible and only use long-acting benzodiazapines. I'm feeling very confident that my life is finally going to start getting even better soon. It's pretty awesome to be able to go out into public again and not be scared all the time.

^^^My brother is the same way Charlie.....he used to could not go out in public because of issues with going "too far" on his psychedelic journey...eating ten strips like there was no tom. but then tom. came. He takes xanax 3 times daily and has some kind of instant release formula for when a panic attack comes on. They are a god send to him as well.

It's comforting to hear about other people that are experiencing the same thing and are doing good. I'll tell you what just the last few days on the med's and I feel a whole bunch better. It has even allowed me to talk to and open up with my loved ones, which is been helpful. I've spent years exploring myself and it feels as if it's now time to venture back out into the world. Get a taste of the clean air and a new sense for my surroundings.

Change can be hard, But it's most often for the best.

So glad to hear you're doing well man. <3

Just understand that you can't stay on benzos forever, so try to work on learning coping strategies for your anxiety, alongside with using your meds. Because one day you're gunna have to taper off the benzos (everyone who uses them will have to at some point or another), and you'll need those skills when the meds aren't in your system anymore.

And today Mandelbrot died of cancer at the age of 85.

In honor of Dr. Mandelbrot, I'm plotting a wada fractal inversion at 50,000 iterations in Mathematica. Generating at n=600 it takes a few minutes, at n=50000 its gunna take a while. Its been running all day, might take a week for all I know, but when its done I'm gunna have the most ridiculously cool fractal picture to post up here.

But until that time:

RIP Dr. Mandelbrot <3

RIP Mandelbrot. Very brilliant man indeed. For some reason I think psychedelic art just wouldnt have been the same without him. :)

I need some movie suggestions guys. I've been catching up on classics I'd never seen before this week by watching one every night. So far this week I've seen 1984, Shawshank, A Clockwork Orange and Citizen Kane. All for the very first time. :)

Any suggestions for tonight?
