Interesting day at work to say the least. I feel I need to get the doctors who prescribe me amphetamines to stop ignoring me and let me try the enantiopure dextroamphetamine. I'm not a fan of the levo's annoying peripheral assault. Anyway the amphetamines didn't make for a fun experience at points, and at others, it helped get through a 11pm-7am shift. I started with a rough hour or so till the amphetamines kicked in, started to get in the groove and held it for the majority of the shift, and with 45 minutes left I realized I fucked up on some of the details of closing out for the day (only done this shift once, one day last week). That wasn't how i wanted the night to end. Everything apparently was fixed by the time I left, but I usually don't make these type of mistakes.

Oh well, my roommate left me a bowl of weed, so I am feeling a bit settled. Gonna drink a bit of a forty as I ran out of gabapentin to help me fall asleep. Not fun having to go to bed as the sun comes clear as day (:P). Makes it a shit ton harder to slip into a good nights sleep. I never need more than a handful of minutes to pass out in a comfortable dark room, but with a bunch of bright light peering through the windows/windowfans it will take me atleast thirty. But at this point I'm feeling pretty good and don't really mind being up to watch an episode or so of possibly some firefly.

Anyway, hope you guys are having a great day/will have one

Anybody seen Shpongle yet this year? I'm seeing them this friday and i heard this tour is supposed to be incomprehensibly awesome, should be pretty tight. Definitely getting some doses beforehand.
 
I mean..Ive seen a table turn into an ocean scene complete with dolphins with the water spilling off the table in a waterfall while on a good DOC dose
 
Ugh. Got to work today, made it almost 2 hours, then started feeling like absolute shit. Shaky, cold, clammy, nauseous... Had to call in sick for the rest of my shift. Oh wells, time to nurse myself back to health with the interwebs.

Whats up guys how has everyone been? Gotta say I feel great. I dont think I have seen or even desired an opiate in who knows when. Got my old job back, I still smoke at least once a day but sometimes randomly just feel good for no reason. I's also so amazing how well and really how quickly they heal from the damage we do to them.

Got side tracked recently. Was working a short one month job at the rodeo selling frog legs and chicken. Got my first pay check on my way home in my neighborhood seriously two minutes from my house. Pulled me over cus my inspection sticker was out. Of coarse too more of these things that had to happen when this does. I have been smoking regular weed for a minute now saving money but this week working at the rodeo i got some from co worker we been blazin after work everynight. This shit tasted good and it was stinky, not like that regular where pople say its like dro this shit was good.

So fucking cop lights behind me , bad habit drinking caffeneited cokes ALL day when im working just finshed a bowl was high as hell. So pig behind me I got a pipe , small grinder, like a half ounce this weed. I don't know about anyone else but whatever car I own I always make sure to have a legit hiding spot for emergencies and even when you go pick up some weed and have to just drive it back home.

So I have been sloppy lately leavin pipe out weed out when shit should be secure and then havin the grinder on other seat. So shits flyin into the storm shelter while im slowing down / going to side of road. Cop comes asks for insurance this all happend so fast just finished bowl massive caffiene and more sloppiness forgot if my insurance was in middle console or glove box so he sees my hands shaking look hes like step out the car.

So now im like 30 second walk from home just finnaly got back working about to pay off a huge bill and this. So hes searching and then im like fuck my pipe. I fucking left it out in the scramble. So cops keeps tellin me i smell raw marijauna blah blah. Now are u sure theres nothing in here cus im gonna search the fuck out of it. So im like it smells cus i smoked but that was all the weed theres only a weed pipe in there.

I dont care what anyone says I have given my weed to a cop one time baby amount another like a sack reg and gram a dro when they asked cus I just knew they would find it and had good feeling about it, its a gamble. Twice let me go no problem. This cop I already knew was a dick called two more cops they are trashing the fuck out my car. Can't find this fucking pipe so im like fuck its for sure in the safety zone. Im like oh shit i smoked a joint with my boy we usualy use a pipe. Still searching about to let me go. Then other pig finds grinder didnt even know that was in plain sight. Opens it finds 1/5 a gram of regular weed and gets happy and is like thats more than enough we need hand cuffs me.

So I really put the pipe in safety but left out a grinder with a sprinkle of weed. back in cop car wont let me call my dad to get my car its towed. I plead with the cop cus in my state a few years ago they passed a law for a small amount ganja cop if he wants can just give you a ticket no jail. This fucker turns around his screen and is like nope any amount under 2 ounces blah blah lol. So go to jail. Lose the job at the rodeo mising out on a lot of money from those next three weeks.

One more thing about this pig of a cop. Not only did he leave my lights on he left my car running. So i get it from tow with no gas battery dead. I jump it and the left turn signal decides to stop working like what fucking assholes lol.

So I go to court last week. I talked to a lawyer but he was like just talk to the day see if he will drop it and if not reschedule and u can get a lawyer. Main thing was I was also in middle of applying for financial aid and you cant ever get aid if you have a weed charge. Just told him all the crap I went through over a miniscule amount of weed. He dropped it, 500 dollar fine and weed class. I did a happy skip out of that court house.

Anyway was dreading probation already starting smoking blends almost done my last one cant wait to get a big sack of weed.

So I hope everyone doing well, im so glad things went well for me I was almost sureI was gonna have to come back with a lawyer.
 
^ dude, that was indeed a lucky break, too bad about your car and the fine though. You gotta be discrete about your stuff in your car, and definitely don't drive in the first place if you feel high. I drive while high too, but it can be a dangerous habit, and I only drive if i am not very high (the equivalent of a small hit or two, similar to having one drink and driving, you are still under the limit... i know that's a gangerous fine line there too). If I smoke in my car, the windows are down and I verify that there are no cars around before smoking, then i leave the windows down for a while to air out the car. Driving under the influence of anything is generally dangerous. Gotta be safe.

I'm sick of seeing crappy news about drugs, especially "newer" drugs and people doing stupid/dangerous/bad stuff. In seattle over the last months there was a news article about someone smoking synthetic cannabinoids in their car, then they blacked out and rammed a pedestrian, trapping her between two cars and nearly killing her. I think that was just before the emergency scheduling of a bunch of them.

Then recently, a story of a car chase the ended with a man killing himself after killing his wife, and he had apparently killed his 5 year old son. What did the autopsy show? MDPV. Granted, there may have been many underlying problems, but its not unlikely that stimulant psychosis was involved.

Not to mention the 2C-E deaths recently. Come on people, we gotta be smarter than that.

We need to be more vigilant about promoting knowledge, safety, harm reduction, and responsibility here on bluelight and in general. That's what bluelight is for. Sometimes is easy to get lost in the "how high are you/you know you're fucked up when/dude I did this totally rad combination of tons of drugs" stuff on this site, and not remember that we need to be aware of all dangers and harms and try to minimize them.

Anyway, rant over. Gonna go to work.
 
Fucking cops, that sucks atlantis. Crazy insomnia for me, can't fall asleep (I blame the booze, I've taken a 4 days off in the last week, but after two days of normal use...I'm fucking awake).

Oh, I'm going to spend the day (and night) in L.A. with some old HS people, one of my friends is turning 21 so there will be fun. If I can scare up some cash maybe I should get some ice so I can stay conscious the appropriate amount of time.
