Just got my morning shot of 1mg diluadid and 15mg of adderall oral. 1 mg of xanax coming up soon, as I got a blood test in an hour to check my thinness level. Yeah so I started to get this blockage in my intestinal tract Saturday and it go so intensely painful that 5 in the morning sunday I went to the hospital to get it check out. Turns out my colon is inflamed and there is a possibility that it could be small clot, an appendix issue, or some form of disease.

lame timing as this is my last week of school and finals are right after that. Oh well, I'm enjoying 1mg of hydromorphone every 2 hours. I'd like to get it up to 1.2mg though, gotta talk to the doc.

So it turns out my new friend was quite literally an insane gangsta (well, at best he may just be bipolar in some crazy ass manic phase), and the only way I was able to remove the dude from my house was via force by police. Kinda ruined my mood all day, 'cause we we got along rather well besides. Oh, and the folks got back from vacation as this was happening and now they're very mad at me and think we're gonna be shot or something (which is bullshit, crazy/obsessive though the man may be, doesn't seem the violent type). I don't know, I'm just kind of frazzled and my nerves are tearing me apart more than usual. This is certainly not going to help my trust issues at all...

That and starting to say really creepy stalkerish things. Also, one of mah tweaker acquaintances is currently in some trouble with Florencia. Some other dude got shot. It's too much trouble man, I'm just gonna go back to hanging out with stoners. That and my folks want me to reform myself of get kicked out, so I'm gonna be a bit more low key with the drug use. On the plus side, I'm finally getting explanations as to why I my father neglected me as a child.

Also, I got major hallucinations from that zaleplon (I wonder if the fact I had been up for over 24 hours made me more susceptible), and they were fucking AMAZING. I mean, like, wow, just lying in bed lookin' at shit was great. My furniture was transformed into something like Dr. Seuss meets the Mos Eisley cantina, my bed was like twitching and floating, I was able to catch floating cobwebs on my fingers, and CEVs were like movies or something. For seriously. I need to get me some more z drugs some time. Is this degree of effect unusual or something, if not, why aren't they more popular/people talk about it more? Has anyone tried mixing them with psychs, does that work?
 
^ That's pretty intriguing... from what I'd read about zolpidem, I pretty much wrote off the z drugs as worthless deliriants. Maybe zaleplon is different?
 
Iv'e tried zopiclone at 7.5mg, only effect noticed was a mild relaxation and a VERY gross taste in my mouth well into the next day. It made pineapple inedible and milk was horrendous.
 
I took 40mg sublingual, usual therapeutic dose (according to the inner paper thingy) was 5-10mg, and no more than 20mg recommended (all oral, of course), and that ROA has 30% bioavailability. So I guess that's a pretty high dose. Interestingly enough, zaleplon doesn't effect/worsen sleep quality like most hypnotics.

Edit: Hmm, apparently it's water insoluble, so I don't know how well sublingual worked, but even if it didn't, removing it from the capsules still caused it to hit me quicker/all at once.

Also, at 20mg, only 1% of 297 participants in the side-effect determining trial group reported hallucinations as a side effect, (the lower dose groups reported at less than 1% ).

It wasn't deliriant, I was lucid/aware that I was hallucinating due to the effects of a drug the whole time. If I was delirious that would be some seriously freaky shit. Also from reading some old posts, persons who experienced hallucinations seemed to have them on all the Z drugs.

Was at an insane all night Dub/dnb/dubstep/grime event the other day, very small club but completely full and very good sound system. After having a few joints and pre-drinks we were looking to pick up some more bud, maybe some md but everyone seemed to have nothing, so had to resort to alcohol (too much jagerbombs lol) until about 6:00am when we got a call back from a friend that had been out earlier.

The night was a 'launch party' for a festival in croatia called Outlook, so artists that are going to be at this festival are touring round europe playing in smaller clubs advertising the festival.


But yeah, I really liked a couple of the artists, Sukh Knight and Mungo's Hi-Fi i think were my favourites (i think thats what the names were lol) and there was a really good MC spitting real nicely, quite surprising, was expecting him to be bad... most i happen to hear live are lol
