It's 9:30am and I haven't slept yet, so I should really be getting to sleep, but, I'm feeling hungry, the sun is shining brightly, so I might just go and eat breakfast, then sleep until lunch/dinner instead. <3

The most wonderful thing just happened, I was sitting here, happy, but looking at a picture of a Buddhist monk in utter bliss just laughing at the world - and I said to myself: "How does that feel?" - right that moment, then sun burst in through my window and I was taken aback by the most momentous happiness. Question answered, if I may say so! :D

Oh god Llama I'm cracking up for real, the DSL bit reminded me of a completely unrelated funny thing that happened a while back on a voice chat channel I frequent, and now I can't stop laughing. :D

DSL is dat mid grade yo, i stomp on cable and thats wat i sell as DSL for about the same money, even tho DSL aint near as fire as the cable shit, idiots dont know and dont research so i can cut my internet drugs more with a differernt substance and they dont know the better and are happy to pay the same price i was chargin when i was cuttin it less.
i cut dat shit back with fake bandwidth mang.
DSL aint really 3mb/s liek i advertise, its about 1mb/s when you account for all the cut.
thats just da game tho.

Just be careful, and experiment with low initial dosages and tentative dose increases. Going from 300 to 390 for me ended up being a very wise use of caution, because I now know that I would never want to dose any higher than that. DXM seems to have a tendency of suddenly getting way stronger and jumping up on the dose-response curve, hence the "plateaus" of intoxication.

When I was first getting into checking out MXE (only a year after it became available), I went to check the B&D and saw that it was on the 5th edition. Also, a useless source of information. I remember when I was a mod trying to keep threads tidy and shit. It's impossible. With the traffic we have, in order to keep the B&D a useful resevoir of information PD needs a mod force of 10+ with nothing better to do with their time. :P

B&D have more/less become social threads for those just getting into that particular substance, posting while high on it, etc. Not blaming mods here, it's just the way it is.

Are you referring to the Basic Drugs section with B&H? Pardon my ignorance, I'm a bit new here still, I hope you'll find me to be a more regular poster here in the PD social thread too. Although I can understand that when older members (not age, but membership) leave there's a hole that no one really can fill. Those who left or stopped posting can't always be replaced, but new users can hopefully bring something new. That's what I'll try to do.

Yeah, sometimes the MXE stuff gets overboard, and I am no less guilty than any other here. There's just something in that stuff...

I'm hoping the BL Wiki takes off soon. I would love to devote my help to that if I had the time. Trying to find useful info in a B&D is like looking for a needle in a haystack. The posts in them also tend to be of the high dose variety by people abusing said substance and have huge tolerances. 20mg of MXE floored me. 10mg is a good buzz. Even Erowid's dosage table lists 20mg as the top of the 'thershold' column.

This is a tricky one. I both agree and disagree. I don't consider big doses abusing if you are searching for something very deep and spritual, entering the hole and leaving you physical body. I don't do it often, but I do require 100mg+ doses for that. But then there's those just redosing and redosing until they are up at so insanely high doses there's a big chance they will harm themself or end up at the ER.

About the tolerance thing. I took 35 mg last night and had a nice night, not in anyway floored or so. I haven't used MXE now for some weeks so that's why I coined the phrase "mental tolerance", and with that I mean you know the high so well you can take higher doses while still being capable of doing quite normal things. In a way you become accustomed to light to moderate doses, high doses are impossible to become accustomized too. They are just too crazy.

I got free snus in Florida (promo coupon from Marlboro), I like it but it was super mild, I then found out american snus contains extremely low nicotine because the companies don't want low amounts of snus to satisfy people's nicotine jones. I would love to try some real nordic snus.

I don't get this. If they want to introduce the stuff to the US market then it has to contain enough nicotine to keep smokers away from cigarettes. Otherwise there's no point in it. Portion snus here is anything from 4-17 mg per pouch. The 17 mg pouches (the strongest pouches available) will give even me a quite strong nicotine high. That's seriously strong stuff.

Edit: Now I think I see. B&D = Big and Dandy? We're at the 6th edition with MXE now...But rest assured, since it is being banned in country after country soon, those threads will start to vanish.

A good evening, herb, booze, and meth, right now i'm having some vodka and pedialyte. Only problem is my friend does not indulge so now I'll be up the rest of the night and he's going to bed, oh well, I'll dick around on the internet till after sunup, have a lil' breakfast, snort some more ice and drive on back home...

Oh I saw the new muppets movie today, it was pretty great.

^ Fixed for what I'm doing, only I'm about to get in the shower and then make some lunch I think. MXE has some reaaaally long stimulation when you redose in my experience, I still feel full of energy despite the lack of sleep, and normally even with stimulants I tend to feel tired when I haven't slept the right.
 
i'm not a big fan either, but whenever i make anything art wise people say it's trippy

I think a clear distinction would be very hard to make. It's easier when you directly identify an art piece that clearly has been influenced by psychedelics. Like e.g. Alex Grey's art. He really leaves no room for speculation as to where he has drawn his inspiration from (although not only from psychedelics). Great artist by the way. I love his works. I'm going to order a couple of his paintings when I move to my new flat.
 
I just realised that other than when I was watching Ghost in the Shell II, and when I was having my shower earlier, I've been browsing BL for around 24 hours now, with no sleep.

When's the next BL Anonymous meeting?
 
~15mg mxe sublingual.. 30mins later, my mouth is still a bit numb. im thinking this might be great for going to the dentist :P lets see how it plays out.
