PCP Wet Dosage?

I just bought a whole handsized bottle of sherm. I Only have expirience with PCP in Dust Form what i do know about wet is that i dip a cig in it but im not sure how far i shud stick the cig in plz help. Should i start off with just the tip of the cig?

Yes, just the tip. Capillary action will draw it up.

Be careful, wet is very powerful!
