PCP harm reduction

So I got a PCP cig and I'm wondering what would be the safest way to control the dosage. PCP is extremely potent, dosage is around 10-20mg, so I have a theory that a lot of the infamous freakouts described in the media are caused by people just dipping cigs in a vial with no concern for measured dosage which would easily cause overdose. So I'm thinking maybe I can cut the cig open, pour out the tobacco, grind it up and mix it together for even distribution of the drug in the material, then weigh it and maybe start with smoking 1/10th of the material at first to get an idea of how strong it is. I have no idea how many mg's are in this cig.

I have tried DXM, ketamine, N2O, methoxetamine, 3-meo-pcp, 4-meo-pcp, 3-meo-pce, so I think I'm pretty well prepared for this but still a little intimidated as it is probably the most demonized drug is our society. Anyone familiar with it know how long I should expect it to last for? How long the after effects/ hangover may last for?

any thoughts insights or experiences would be much appreciated thanks!

Yes I guess so: good idea to empty out the laced tobacco and mix it around to homogenize... then treating it as a herbal blend with unknown strength or Salvia of unknown potency. Titrate from low doses up like you say.
Indeed, overdosing on PCP can make people manic or even megalomanic. We are seeing that with certain analogues as well.

Don't forget to grind up the rolling paper surrounding the tobacco too, as that contains a decent % of your PCP.

Never tried PCP but after doing a number of dissociatives (although not quite as many different ones as you), I wouldn't be too worried about it.

Take a toke, wait 5 or 10 minutes, see how you feel, and take it from there. Right?

I think with PCP more than most dissociatives, it is the manic qualities that come out in low/medium doses, and with higher doses it becomes more anaesthetic and you might be unable to really move and rather confused.

I doubt it is that much different from 3-meo-PCP so if you've tried that I'm sure you have a relative idea.
