So i do my usual trip to Paterson NJ and I buy from a guy I am fairly new to only bought from him four times. And he gives me a brick with all different stamps, five bun five different stamps. The thing is the all of them are filled with a sticky dope. Not the usual white grayish powder but it?s like a brown sticky substance. I?m not sure if this is just some garbage dope that got wet form humidity or something else or if this is like black tar which I have never seen around here or ever for that matter. Any insight would be greatly appreciated, I?m new to posting so I?ll try to add a picture to the thread if I can figure it out.
