The sky is greyed;
but not by clouds.
The street is dirty;
but not by trash.
The air is thick;
but not by fog.

The sky is greyed;
by bombs and blasts.
The street is dirty;
by shells and casings.
The air is thick;
by smoke and ashes.
The child is scared;
by soldiers and police.

The people once had it all,
but not anymore.
The children once laughed
but not anymore.
The buildings once were whole
but not anymore.
The night was once peaceful
but not anymore

This fucking kicks ass!!!

Kind of reminds me of Stalingrad or something like that....really good descriptions, I could visualise this very well! It played with my imagination.

Shelly, we NEED to share ideas! :)
