Passing out on stimulants

Quick question, has anyone here ever passed out on stims and what do you think caused it?

A year ago (clean now) when i was heavily using mephedrone, one night i bombed too much (maybe 600-700mg), i came up hard, felt pretty breathless and overstimulated and hallucinated, it was crazy but i dont remember me being awake very long. Next thing i know its morning and i realised i had ko'd. Now all i can think of is maybe a seizure (although somehow i think this is not it), brain being overloaded or maybe lack of oxygen to brain (did feel breathless on come up).

Reason im asking is im worried i may have damaged myself when i used be reckless with drugs like this.

Any input?

It's hard to say after this amount of time, quite honestly. Could have been a matter of a bit of memory loss, rather than passing out. Were you sleep deprived at all at the time? Have reached the point in a binge myself where my system sort of gave out, I laid down and almost instantly fell asleep, but wouldn't necessarily call it passing out.

Damage is possible. You may have been sleep deprived, you may have had a major overdose. Either way, you're alive.

FYI, I have fallen asleep on meth, after several days without sleep. It depends on the dose & sleep deprivation, but there were many times I would nap after hitting it, then wake up a couple/few hours later, high as hell! Stay up 3 days, take a 2 hour nap and feel completely recharged. It happens...
