Until the next generation of "herbal enhancers" maybe :\

It will be interesting to see what events led to these announcements.

Were people actually buying them? And if they were, were they returning customers? And also im curious do u reckon kingpin that they have tried MDMA before who are returning?

^ I reckon it's both - people that are too scared to try the real thing and people who wanted to see what they were like compared to MDMA..

I wouldn't have touched those legal pill's with a ten foot pole tbh, defiantly for the best that there gone.

I've noticed that trend too, sadly there are still a few Aussie and NZ sites out there pushing the filth.

I've seen a few UK sites in a panic too after The Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 (Amendment) Order 2009 came into effect 23 December 2009.

(in the UK) GBL and Piperazines have become class C drugs. 'Synthetic cannabis' has become class B.

LOL...Spice products now carry a 5 year gaol sentence.

I still dont understand how people can think that there would be a legal substitute for MDMA. I know i have been searching for one for the past years but i realized that nothing will ever be like it. It always lacks sumfn from it.

They were all awful anyway, the best just gave a mild caffeine buzz, and the worst often came with all sorts of horrible side effects. Until this shit is regulated and someone can come up with a product that actually works, I almost think they're better off the market.

I thought you were pro legalisation?

Sounds like you took my posts as a personal attack?

My stance on this shit doesn't change my stance in that regard

Legalize some decent fucking drugs

I don't care if this is legal too, as long as everything else is

Read after the war on drugs and do some serious research, then we'll chat, for now you just aren't worth my time i'm sorry

I think this a good thing, because idiots think because it's legal its safe. If we can not teach them that, that is not the case, we may as well fucking remove it from sale.

Off ya tree's had that message on their website for as long as I can remember, maybe 8 months at least?

Herb pill sellers risk arrest: police

TABLETS marketed as "herbal ecstasy" are being sold at Sydney dance parties as a legal alternative for users worried about the heightened presence of police and sniffer dogs.

But police say some of the products may contain traces illegal substances, with suppliers facing possible charges.

The manufacturers of the pills, Diablo - Strong As Hell, have not been issued a commercial licence by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA), the federal body that regulates medicinal products.

The pills were sold at the Future Music Festival, held at Randwick Racecourse in February, and at parties held after the Mardi Gras last month.

The pills are mostly a herbal concoction mixed with binding agents - all legal ingredients - but the product is not listed as a Class 1 medicine or approved for sale.

Peter Wilson, an eastern suburbs-based importer who sells packs of four pills for $30, is waiting for TGA approval. "There are a couple of hoops we've had to jump through," he said.

NSW Police Drug Squad commander, Detective Superintendent Nick Bingham, said that while most herbal ecstasy products contain legal substances such as caffeine, some may have traces of illegal substances.

"The NSW Police Force takes very seriously all illegal drug activity and the use … of what is marketed as herbal ecstasy is something the NSW Police Force … does monitor," he said.

"In other cases, obscure analogues of illicit substances, such as methylmethcathinone or dimethyltryptamine are found in the product, which is an offence in NSW, and if it is established that a person is supplying herbal ecstasy and it is found to contain illicit substances, then appropriate action will be taken."

A TGA spokeswoman said that the pills were "the subject of a current investigation".

"If they are sold across state borders and make therapeutic claims, then the TGA has jurisdiction to investigate and to take regulatory action."

A Customs and Border Protection spokeswoman said that the pills had been monitored and tested, and while illegal substances had not been detected, variations and inconsistencies in the ingredients had.

The warnings fell on deaf ears among some Sydney users, with one 15-year-old girl saying after the Future Music Festival: "I have taken four pills - two legal and two illegal - and I feel great."

They are pushing this shit on facebook if you do a search for party pills ..

heres a quote from an aussie on there -->

I ordered 20 pack of Hypnotic and got a letter in customs today saying it was seized. But the freebies i got sent for ordering before christmas came with the letter, x2 elevate and x1 giggle. Shame about my 20 pack of hypnotic... Has anyone in australia been successful in getting Hypnotic or the Diablo one through?

January 7 at 3:42pm

So it seems if there are any more packets of these in the country then thats all there will be..

Customs are seizing ALL ecstasy looking tablets/party pills ... even snow blow powder..and anyone selling them in Australia can get into trouble. If you have any of these pills for whatever reason then worst case they would be confiscated.

I imagine all types of party pills even ones with just caffiene will be restricted..

I remember looking at the site around easter when my mate was looking to buy something off the site, said the same thing then (they may have stocked up in the meantime).
