Harm Reduction Paroxetine and Dextromethorphan

Hello. I mistakenly took a Mucinex D just before and it is a 12 hour 60 mg dxm dose. I have been on paxil for six years at 30 mg. I haven't taken it for three days, which I have only been taking it every three. Having gone through boxes of dxm over the years for colds and not dying I believe I am safe but I just recently learned of the potential dangers. Do you think it is okay? I just don't want to be up all night worrying about seizures, I would appreciate advice if sleep is ok. Thanks
