Albion I am sure they were probably just a bit shocked or whatever, have a rational conversation tomorrow when they/you have calmed down and promise to respect their wishes.

If you want to bring up the subject of drug use, or they insist on it, then maybe talk about it tomorrow. Otherwise choose another time to put forward any conversation/argument :)

This did remind me of my first trip though. I was 17 and living in a rented flat in Edinburgh with my mate. We had to move out though as the flat needed work done on it, so we had got new digs. My mum and dad had agreed to help me move, them having a car and stuff. The night before I went out dancing and somehow managed to score a huge tab of LSD, it was like a fucking postage stamp. Anyway it was really good acid and I had a great night, rainbows dripping from my fingertips as the sun rose in the morning. Got home about 9am after wandering about Edinburgh. My mum and dad turned up at 9.30 to help me move and I was still tripping out my nut. I was barely able to keep it together that day. As we were loading the car, a couple of stoners stoated past with a huge joint, laughing and stumbling. My dad said, "keep away from those bastards They're high!" =D Yes Dad, they're high and I can barely see you because I'm out my box on acid, let's just get this move done!
 
My mum went fucking mental, when she got a call off my accomplice's mum, telling her I'd taken ecstasy. She rang me, whilst I was at a mate's, saying I had to come home and pack my shit. I stayed out that night, then I sat her down for a chat. I explained I'd done my research, done it at home - with loads of friends watching me, so I was near a phone and water. After I'd explained some facts, she calmed down. After that, she'd just tell me to be careful, when I went out. She's really anti-drug, but she loves a drink. Typical. They'll listen to you, if you approach it right.

EDIT No, honestly I don't. I would provide him with the necessary equipment to plug his own drugs, if he wished, but I'd leave the room while he took care of matters himself.

Sorry me too. Though its easy for me to say as ive been enjoying my own independant living for many years. When i was living with my parents i used to get the "NOT UNDER MY ROOF!" thing when i'd been caught out. Looking back, i can see their point now.
 
This is the reason I left home just after I turned 18 and lived in little more than a squat, obviously I don't know your situation and my leaving was for lots of reasons, I couldn't get on with my folks at all.

Despite going from a comfortable home with free food on tap and washing etc etc, to a cold room in a shitty part of town with a mattress on the floor, it was still the best thing I ever did.

My father wouldn't even let me smoke in the house despite the fact that he smoked himself, he even used to ask me for a cig every now and again,cheeky feker, they still helped me out a bit with ensuring I had transport to commute to work and the odd little loan to see me to payday, obviously for drugs but they didn't know that :)

In the mean time acid in your parents house 8o hope your OK, don't fall for Knockanddo's reverse psychology, definitely paedo grooming so if that's not your bag (you never know;)) I'd ban the dirty fukin rotter:D
 
Only advice I can give you is don't be tempted to have the huge line of ketKnockanddo offers you and don't believe him when he tells you 'when you K hole it often give you a sore ring piece!'
 
They've descided to retract al the rest of the student loan they held for me. Were going to give it back on the grounds that I got a 2.1, which I did, but after yesterday they're keepin the money and sending me out to make my own before the next rent's due on the flat I just bought. So far I have a promising position applied for at a new coffee shop but still...

Fucking it all the hell and tasted some mescaline. I cba with this. Filling out that CV and sending it off.

There's still time for them to come to terms with it and change their minds, you know. It might take a Herculean effort on your part to appear sober and responsible however.

Fingers crossed it all works out for the best. I really don't think they'd see you starve, but it's obviously a lot for them to take on board.
 
Apologies for picking at an open wound but how the fek did they sus you out so easy ? I've fronted out so many situations fekered out of my face without people sussing on, or is this a bit of an ongoing issue so they know that you've used drugs?

I agree with Sam, it's early days best to keep your head down, I don't know them but if anyone's going to forgive it's your parents.
