Opioids Paranoid, UP, and Anxious

ok so I got a couple perc 10s (10/325) and had a question. I had 6 drinks today about 3-6 hours ago. got a good buzz but certainely not drunk. I have not had opiates in months. is my liver OK to process 650mg paracetemol if I had 5-6 drinks earlier in the day? quit 4 hours ago. SO damn hard to wait until morning. besides i dont get up for work until noon so I am up for 6 more hours. is it safe? and am not CWEing to percs...

No it's not safe to consume alcohol with opioids, and the acetaminophen will add significant damage to your liver.

650mg paracetamol is well within normal dosage for killing pain, it will be safe though not recommended to combien it with residual alcohol in your blood.

I wouldn't do anything mroe than sip a beer on opiates though.
