Welcome I see you have been a member since 2009 glad to see you came back.
I haven't had any problems with the site so far. I can answer your question

You never taken hydrocodone before? If so you should feel a nice buzz and no pain for a long time taking 40mgs but you may be better off taking one (20mgs)and seeing how that works if you are not looking for a strong high 40 may be too much even when spread out in an extended release capsule.

As for your question about Zohydro, I would recommend taking what the doctor has labeled on the bottle for you to take. If it doesn't seem to be working at all after a couple days, go back and let him/her know. It also has addictive potential, being an opiate so I'd try to stick with what the doctor recommends if you do really wanna take them for pain and not abuse.
