Uhhhh...why the hell would you ever want to do that? Heroin doesn't metabolize like other prescription narcotics like oxycodone and hydrocodone. To even get high you would need an exorbitant amount which would most likely just make you sick.
Either snort it, smoke it, or shoot it.
These are tried and true methods of administration, I wouldn't recommend anything else.

Snort it, or, much better yet, shoot it. Heroin is really meant to be injected. You didn't see those junkies in Requiem for a Dream parachuting H did you? Noooooo....they shot it like the good little heroin users they were.

Note that you can take heroin orally! It's usually about 6-8 times less potent that IV, typically, ~3-4 times less potent than snorting. Also, it absorbs unreliably -- so what's not enough to get you very high one day, might be too much for you another.
E, meth, etc work great orally, you get like 80% of the substance.... you're only getting 15% with H, it's sorta silly.

I would say 3-4 times less posten then snorting is VERY GENEROUS... the acids in your stomache eat up a good portion of it, the rest is simply poorly metabolized .. if you're not even willing to SNORT the drug then dont even waste it..
