Hey everyone. Its my first post here. Really nice community. I like the forum. I have a question. In my country there is a drug called benical cold. One tablet includes 500mg paracetamol 30mg pseudoepherine and 20mg DXM. Is it suitable for getting high on dxm? How much should I get max? Dosage? Any help and advice would be appreciated. And btw I also want to know if there is a way to extract the DXM in the tabs. Curious.. Thanks in advance.

Hi, welcome to the forums. Not sure how you could extract the DXM but they are definitely not suitable for getting high off.
Maximum dose of paracetamol in 24 hours is 4000mg (4g), so the absolute maximum you'd be able to take without risking liver damage is 8 of them, which is going to give 160mg of DXM which will be a mild buzz at best. Also not sure at that dosage but pseudoepherine isn't something you want to be taking it with either, as I'd have thought it's going to increase you're heart rate substantially.
I'd either order DXM powder online (can't help with sources) or just stick to the cough medicine which if you're in the US or UK is easily obtainable from most pharmacies.

Throw this stuff away, or save it for when you have cold, it unsuitable to get high on. The APAP will f-up your liver (or worse) if you took enough to get high on the DXM, and the amount of pseudoephedrine you'd be ingesting would be contraindicated with the DXM as well. Find a product that contains DXM only.

Thank you all. Really nice comments. Won't try it than. There is also a prescription drug called defeks which has 12,5mg diph 12,dmg DMX and 10mg pseudo per 5ml. And it comes in 100ml. I think this is very suitable but you know better. I'm new to these. And if this is suitable I will try to get it without a prescription.

That's not much better sorry. You've still got pseudoepherine in there which you don't want, and more importantly diphenhydramine is a deleriant so is very likely to lead to a rather unpleasant trip (have a look at https://www.erowid.org/experiences/subs/exp_Diphenhydramine.shtml ).
As said above find something that only contains DXM as the active ingredient, I can't think of anything it's commonly mixed with that would be suitable for abusing.
