Opioids Paracetamol + Dihydrocodeine

I have 2 bottles of 500mg of Paracetamol + Dihydrocodeine and i think it has 30mg of Dihydrocodeine in it as it has the letters P D with the number 30 on the pills.I want to know the best way to extract the Dihydrocodeine as i dont want to take Paracetamol as its bad for the liver.I just want to give them a try as ive not had any opioid before.The nearest ive had to opioid is Tramadol and Valium i think.I am in no way interested in Heroin!! and would never try it.This is just to get an opioid experience.Thanks
