I've read somewhere in this forum that you can use aspirin/paracetamol as a calibration tool for your testers, is this correct? It would be handy to have a certain substance which you knew was supposed to react a certain way to help test whether your kit has "gone off".

So if I have the Marquis regeant, what color should paracetamol go upon testing?

Also, I really think there should be a sticky in this forum with all the information about expiry/testers going off/shelf-life because on the last five pages this same question has been asked more than once.

Cheers and thank you :)
