I went to this kickback a couple days ago, and dropped a molly and 2 pills within the whole night all my close friends with me. After a little while, more people started coming into the apartment, and by 12 - 1 am there were atleast 30+ people in the place. I started to feel a little claustrophobic, and had to stay in my friends bedroom until i calmed down. I was having panic attacks, and had the urge to take care of people, even though I didn't know them. I spent the rest of my night running around, asking if people needed anything ( Water, Vicks, Lightshows, whatever. ). This has never happened to me before, is it normal ?

Yes, it's normal. Please others please yourself, even more so if you're on MDMA.

Yeah, it's a pretty normal thing. I was amazed the first few raves/festivals I went to that there were people who spent their entire night floating around giving away water, massages, candy, or whatever.

The more you pass on the love to others, the more you feel yourself. It's a win-win for everyone!!

I'm always making sure people are ok when i'm whacked on mdma. I routinely talk to people who are sitting by them selves and are not looking too good. I always give people water, gum, candy, ext. It really blows me up to know I helped somebody out :) Spread the love! I met a guy down at a club one night who was on his first pill and had lost his friends. First I tried to find his friends but they were no where to be found. So I stuck by his side the whole night! Made sure he was doing good. Showed him a few fun things to do on a roll. Then, after the club closed we went on an adventure! We're best buds now!

It's normal to want to help people on MDMA. If it becomes too much, I take the person by the hand to another room and say something like

"hey I also feel like I want everyone to be perfectly content but the water is here, the food is there, and everyone is having a good time. They'll take whatever they need or they'll ask for it. No worries.." and maybe smoke a cig/joint with the person and they'll naturally lighten up and focus on their own roll.

What's your definition of a panic attack?

It's pretty normal. I feel the same way the majority of times that I roll. I'm always making sure people are feeling alright, aren't too messed up/freaking out, and enjoying themselves. I've even gone out of my way to get someone a bottle of water or a cup of ice at a club if they're not looking good. They're always thankful and it always makes me feel nice to have helped someone out. :)

Just don't let the feeling overwhelm you to the point that you're not having a good time. Take care of yourself too. <3

I've changed the title of this thread to something more suited to the problem/question.

Yes its very common - set and setting are as important as the quality of the drugs, if your not comfortable with the people around you or where your using you will probably not have a good time.
