Heroin Panic attack with Collapsed vein

Hey BL. today i got a little reckless with the needle and banged 4-5 times within a 6-8 hour period. i should have rotated spots, but reckless decided to hit the same vein. so after my last shot, about 15 minutes, i start getting this burning sensation in my arm. it felt like my arm was on fire! i start to feel my heart race and i start having a full blown panic attack! ears ringing, heart throbbing and this sensation that im about to pass out. was this the nug that i smoked or was my body responding to the collasped vein with a panic attack? any advice and appreciated.

There's no way we can tell man, if you think it's really bad or it doesn't get better and worstens then go to the ER

Are you positive you collapsed a vein? That term gets thrown around a lot without people knowing exactly what that means. If you did collapse a vein, there shouldn't be anxiety associated with it unless you're just freaking out because you're worried about what's happened. In which case; calm down and seek medical attention if needed.
