Panadeine with codeine

Whats up with this stuff? i don't have the package with me right now, but i think each tablet is supposed to have 8 milligrams of codeine,Why don't i feel like it does? I know what codeine makes u feel like, and I feel nada. I ordered these from Sri Lanka.

They must be placebos or you must have a tolerance.

As all we can do is speculate as to what the substance in question you have might be, discussion is circular and not productive. The best thing that can really be said is to avoid taking unknown substance, as only lab testing is going to tell you what you really have.
