Pains in heart

I'm 16
Okay so recently I have started doing the odd pill, I am very cautious when I buy pills I would never buy a pill off someone I don't know or the first pill in a batch.
I have taken hello kitties and blue ghosts, the hello kitties were very very clean and chilled, the ghosts were probably pretty pure but very intense.
When I was 4 years old I was diagnosed with coarctation of the aorta, luckily my case wasn't that severe and I just had a stint put it and that was that. I have heart checkups every 5 years and I have been told I have a heart that will last me till I'm ninety.
But recently when taking pills or stamps I get a pressure on my chest and a kind of irritating pain in around the area of my chest and I can really feel where my heart is.
This has happened when combining either pills or stamps with weed .
I'm just wondering if it's just the weed making me paranoid about my heart or that I should probably get it checked .
Occasionally I get anxious off weed and my heart goes 90
But I'm not new to weed, I've been smoking it for 4 years now.

Basically my question is it normal to get slightly irritating chest pains and increased caution over my heart when taking pills/stamps
When I get anxious about it I feel like I can't breath and I take deep breaths, I don't really know if that's normal or I'm just getting a bit paranoid off the weed.
I generally smoke 2-3 grams at the weekend with my friends

Also due to my heart condition would you be very strongly against taking MDMA at all, I'm not the type of person to go over board with it I doubt I'd take more than 1 pill because if be too scared I'd have a heart attack

How often is "the odd pill"?Also, a lot of people are going to tell you that you're also too young to be doing MDMA/drugs in general.

Despite what people say about certain pills, or how they feel you'll never know what's in them without getting a test kit. Anyways, here are some possible reasons for your heart.

Like you said, it could just be the weed giving you anxiety. That hard to breath feeling seems like you're having a panic attack to some degree. I personally can't smoke weed as I get way too anxious on it. Do you notice anything wrong with your heart when you don't smoke weed?

Excessive use of MDMA are affecting your serotonin levels and in turn affecting the activation of the 5-HT2B receptor, which regulates cardiac functions.

Your pills are cut with research chemicals or other drugs, such as amphetamines, which put a lot of strain on your heart.

MDMA alone isn't known for putting a lot of stress on your heart. From what I heard if your heart can endure strenuous exercise then you should be fine on MDMA.

Also, if you're experiencing negative effects from drugs, and it's distressing, it would be a much better decision to stop using them. If it's worrying you you should go see a physician.

I agree with Zalo, however, at the same time, why risk it? You have a heart condition, and although they say you have a heart that will last you a lifetime, thats assuming you don't indulge in things like MDMA which is usually cut with research chems.

I'm not sure you have legal protection from your parents if you tell your doctor that you've consumed MDMA (meaning that your doctor could reveal to them that you have), but just stop taking it for a while I think. It could very well be the anxiety that can occur after use.

Bout once every 2-4 weeks
I actually mainly noticed the feeling in my heart on the stamps
On a 25i nbome, I had taken them before but I took them one night and I felt like I was going to have a heart attack or I was going to stop breathing

On an acid stamp just there last week I felt an increased pressure on my heart but I knew on the acid it was most likely the weed
Cause I haven't heard of acid speeding up your heart or causing heart problems

Any pills or stamps I buy would only be from people I know very well and after I know the entire patch is safe and pure

I'm nearly positive it's weed but just not 100%

I pulled a whitey about 9 days ago, I shivered, I twitched, my heart sped up and I was very uncomfortable in general
The feeling passed an hour ish after but I felt extremely wierd.
It was very high grade weed and I smoked around .5 worth in a joint

Any suggestions to make?
Even though I have a heart condition previously it's hard to find drugs that are very safe
Because if I go to a club in town where they play dance techno house doesn't really cut the mustard to just be very drunk
