You are taking ridiculous amounts of Lyrica. Any dose higher than 700mg lowers the seizure threshold (raises the possibility of a seizure) significantly. It might be a muscle relaxer at prescribed dosages, but it can cause seizures at higher ones.
I would throw a low dosage of a muscle-relaxing benzo, like Valium, Klonopin, or Restoril into the mix if you want to continue those ungodly Lyrica dosages safely. The last thing you want on top of your opiate kick is a seizure.
