Heroin painful itchiness when shooting in extremities?

I find when I shoot my diesel in either my hand or foot, it causes a painful itchiness that mutes the rush. Now I believe this feeling is the pins and needles people describe, which is a result of unrefined morphine left over from the acetylization process; the thing I don't get is it seems to only occur when I use these spots. If I use the crook of my arm, it doesn't cause any of this feeling at all

Any idea why it only occurs in certain extremities? My only guess is it's related somehow to the size of the veins I'm injecting into

i sometimes get a burning sensation when i hit my feet and i makes me yell ow and scoot around the floor but i kinda enjoy it lol.

I get this sometimes, I think like you said it's just impurities in the product, I assume you're as clean as can be injection wise.

I think there are more nerve endings in your hands, feet etc than in other places ( such as the crook of your elbow ) so that's probably got a part to play in all this too =/

Stick to the elbow with this stuff? or find a new connect in my opinion, can't be good!

Burns? So why did I do it for several years and morphine still holds position 1 for me along with levorphanol? And all those "holy grails" like hydromorphone or oxymorphone along with the greatest heroin can't hold a candle to morphine? Morphine is the quintessence of general opioid euphoria. It's all over the body, it's not like heroin which feels like someone hit you in your head with a hammer suddenly...

Painful and itchy injections may be caused by missed shots. It's very easy to screw it up when shooting in veins located in hands or feet. The pain after such a shot may remain for hours and it doesn't matter if there was some morphine. Actually, a missed shot of morphine sulfate from an ampule is better than a missed shot of heroin cooked with citric acid...
