So last night I drank loads of vodka and did sevreal lines of coke. Not my first time I do coke daily just.... not a lot and every now and then during a party I'll really take it this time I just did like 5 long big fat lines with my boyfriend... he wanted le in the same "state" he was in so I didn't want to but did.
And I don't....know.
I tend to get chest pain after use like withen a hour or so.... but this time is fucking strange.
It's MASSIVE chest pain. I got it 30 min after my last line...and hoursss later it's still here... or it'll go away and boom! a sharp pain comes back. That and countless nose bleeds which I NEVER had from cocaine before.

Is this normal? I've been doing coke for like 5-6 months and none of that happened before... well not as severe anyhow.
 
Since cocaine is a vasoconstrictor, it can put quite a strain on your circulatory system and heart. If you are having chest pains as a direct result of snorting cocaine, the smartest thing to do is stop.. Try and take a break from the blow, as you mention you do it daily. Obviously this is going to strain your system and can eventually cause serious problems.

Take break from the blow and see if the pains subside. Also, I suggest seeing a doctor and getting some routine tests done like and EKG and whatnot to make sure your heart is still operating properly. Unfortunately none of us are immune to complications due to drug use, and while obviously I hope you are okay it certainly pays to get it checked out. You don't even need to tell the doctor you are using cocaine, just that you want an in depth health check up just to make sure everything's all good.
 
Definitely get to the emergency room as soon as possible, or if it can wait then go see your local doctor as I'm sure it is cheaper in the states, but fuck the cost, your health is more important.

I can't speculate on the cause of the problems, the specifics, but if you are getting severe and continouos chest pains from this then you should really consider seeing a medical professional.

Will keep this thread open for now so hopefully we can find out if you took the advice or not and if the pain goes away.

Once the situation has been resolved though, I think the thread will ultimately be closed.

Hope you can get it sorted and there is not too much damage, I know it is unlikely but it could just be a few palpitations mixed with worry and paranoia causing anxiety attacks that feel like they are more than they are, but definitely best to go get youself checked out.
 
OP, it's been a couple hours, how is everything? Maybe you are at the ER right now, which is the best place for you to be (or, it is a weekday, I'm not sure how France works with doctors n such either) but BdP and Mugz are both right, no one can avoid complications due to drug use and we can't speculate what's wrong. If your nose keeps bleeding heavily that's also problematic, along with the chest pain --- a little bit of a nose bleed after coke is one thing, or the day after a night of heavy use, but lots of blood is not good.

We also don't really know how much "5lines" is equal to in mgs, and we don't know what the cut in it was either, so there's little we can do to help you. These are all further reasons to seek medical help if you haven't already, and definitely drop back in and let us know how it turned out.
 
The pain stopped.... but came back just now.... the nose bleeds seem to habe stopped.... I cant see a doctor now or get to the er atm which fucking sucks.
 
Would you prefer the thread to be open for a while so you can discuss your symptoms, or would you be happy for it to be closed, as I think the only advice that will probably be given is to go and seek medical attention asap.
 
Ive taken stims in the past & have gotten pains days later, nothing serious either. I went to the ER & got the EKG thing set up & the doctor said I was fine. If you have any benzos, I recommend dosing 1 or 2 a day for a week.

The slightest stress back then would make me feel as if I was having heart palpitations. Anyway, I hate stims & recommend you stop using them for quite a few months. Also, just because your bf did 5 lines, doesnt mean you can handle it.
 
Get medical help. I od'd on blow and had a tia. Basically a mini stroke... Stop using coke. I was on the shit for over 10 years... I stopped immediately after that incident. If you are alive and well listen to your body and lay off the blow. I'm still an addict... It pains me to watch others use it.. While i cant but still crave it..But I value my life as well. Good luck.
