If you have a pill that is used to control pain and it has 10/650 on it, it probably means that each pill contains 10mg of some sort of narcotic and 650mg of some sort of lesser analegsic. It's hard to say what the dangers are unless you actually mention the name of the medication. Likely complications include nausea, vomiting, rash, dizziness, laboured breathing, coma, and death due to the narcotic and upset stomach, internal bleeding, and liver damage due to the other ingredients. Snorting of course can also hurt your nose.
