Opioids Pain medication that ends in "pam"

just got prescribed something like monalexpam for back pain. cant pick it up until tomorrow. anyone know what im talking about so i can look it up?

is it a muscle sprain or something? i know benzo's have muscle relaxant properties, but they're very rarely used for that, if at all.

for the most part if the active substance ends in "pam" it's probably a benzo, although benzos are not pain meds.

meloxicam comes to mind when you mentioned what you thought it was though..

its not a muscle sprain, just general back pain ive been having. meloxicam sounds right, thanks. doesnt look like you can get high off them.

yeah, it's just an NSAID, but even if it was a narcotic, you shouldn't mess around if you actually need 'em man.
