Pain Management in Florida Panhandle?

Hi, I live in Panama City, FL and I am wondering if anyone has any recommendations on PM doctors who will write prescriptions. I have had all the injections with no reflief. Any doctors in the area at all? I would be willing to travel some. I do prefer a doctor who accepts insurance since I have nothing to hide nor do I want extreme amounts of meds.

Why is that? Am I posting in the wrong section? Can you possibly direct me to where I can find some answers? I'd really appreciate it. I haven't slept for more than 2 hrs a night and I am a therapist and I need to be in better shape for work. I have had major spine surgery in 2008 and have pain from that. I also have degenerative disc disease, bulging discs and pinched nerves in the cervical region. I really have tried these injections with no luck. Any kind of advice would be useful. Thanks again.
