Alcohol Pain in the left arm

I finally got an appointment, and went to the doctor yesterday. He - understandably - couldn't say much, since my symptoms are not that specific to anything (the above mentioned hurting arm, and I also included my constant nausea, hurting head and tiredness.) So I will visit a few specialist, and hope that it is nothing serious. In the mean time, he told me to be careful with alcohol, but also try to remember if is there a specific type after that I can feel it - since I told him, it is not just any alcohol in any dose (like, I can have a few beers without any problem, or even a really light orange-vodka). I will be really sad if it turns that it is something (like a chemical) in whisky that makes my arm hurt - a possibility according to the doc - but oh well, what can I do.
And I also have to monitor my blood sugar and blood pressure.

That was my first idea too, but I thought I was overreacting. Shit. I was planning to visit my doctor on Tuesday anyway for something else, but I will definitely bring this up to him now. Fucking great. But naturally, thank you for the help!
There's crap ton of things it could be besides a heart attack.

One thing that jumps to mind is nerve compression from alcohol induced muscle spasm.

In some individuals, significant alcohol intake can cause cramping and muscle spasms from contraction of the muscles and it can be all over the body or just in one particular muscle group like your left arm.

I have MS and while mine is caused by a different process ---

sometimes my right hand and arm will roll into the bodybuilder bicep curl position as I sleep and when I wake up it hurts like fuck.

Yeah, I was just really fucking scared because in the past I had some bullshit with my heart (nothing too serious). Doc told me the same - maybe it is a certain chemical in a certain drink. I think I will run my little "test" and try to figure out what alcohols cause it and what amount.
"Nerve compression" thank you, I will look into that!

There's also the fact that it could be a digestive tract involvement with your nerves in your chest. GERD can cause esophageitis, literal ectopic beats which is an out of sequence. Heartbeat, esophageal spasm, Vagus nerve issues which innervates the heart, There's actually a medical syndrome for cardiac symptoms caused by GERD and other gastrointestinal distress

You drink it bothers your dad. It bothers your stomach and that makes your arm have pain.

Thank you, I will look into that too. I don't have that many problems with my stomach - luckily -, and I have a friend who has GERD, so I will definitely ask her a few questions.

Don't be scared for my father, he hasn't seen my since I was 10 :) I can hardly do anything that would truly bother him sadly, because that bastard would deserve it big time.

That was a typo. I don't even know why that's in there.
