Pain doc recommendation <removed>

I moved to <removed> about a year ago. I have back issues and typically get prescribed 30 pills a month (10mg pills of Hydocodene)

So far, it has been a nightmare finding a good doctor in <removed>. I've been forced to just visit my old doctor in <removed> to get refills when I'm back there for business.

My primary care doc says due to laws, I must go to a pain clinic. Both pain clinics I tried treated me like a lying addict (even though I have plates and screws in me!)

Can anyone recommend a good pain doc in <removed>

I am willing to drive anywhere in the valley if the doctor is cool.
