Pain clinic testing Q- couldn't find any other place to ask this.

I am prescribed Hydrocodone 5/325 by my PM. I know this metabolizes into hydromorphone )and Dihydrocodeine I believe). My pain Dr. even told my that they check for the hydromorphone metabolite when they test me to make sure I've been taking my script (only been tested 2x in the last 8 months since I've been referred to him). My question is: if I found a few dilaudid (hydromorphone) and took them before my next appt (no clue if the will test me or not- its all random) will the lab report sent back be able to differentiate that from the hydrocodone? :?
If this is the totally wrong place to post this let me know- I am totally a newie to this site :)

Sorry Bluelight doesn't permit drug testing discussion so I have to close this. Personally, I wouldn't risk it.
