Pain Blows; OP's help

Hey folks. Been lurking and appreciate the honesty and thoroughness I've found here. I have legally prescribed opiates (Percocet and Tramadol) and basically I'm trying to find the best way to heighten the analgesic effects while staying within the boundaries of my prescription agreement with the doc. Welcome to BL.
When I've heightened the analgesic effects my script would run out sooner as I would need to use more often cos I switched ROAs.
You might want to research opiate potentiators. Some are addictive, some not.
When I was using I experimented with Agmatine. It kept my tolerance down and heightened opiate effect. There are studies it helps with pain but not for everyone.

Thanks, Captain.Heroin and Smoky! I've looked at several threads re: potentiation and found lots of good material. The thing I haven't found--I'll look again and post a thread if necessary--is whether to take the Tramadol with the Percocet (have experienced no problems on the several occasions I've done so) or whether some staggering is better. Thanks again to both of you for the warm welcome.

fresh squeezed WHITE grapefruit juice , or...
tagamet or its generic equivalent =cimetidine (stomach acid reducer) , 2 of those an hour before ingesting will prolong your drugs effects.
also, I find good old caffeine to be a great opiate kicker upper. Some say it diminishes the effect but not for me.
Be good! Don't get hooked. But even if you do get hooked, if you're not upping your dose or abusing it the withdrawal wont be near as harsh as a full on junkie effect.

I used to do a lot of oxycodone back when they were still OC's.. never tried the new OP's, i got clean before the switch.
