P&S Chess Tournament?

I know it has nothing to do with philosophy or spirituality but it could be a good things for the P&S community, where there seems to be an endless amount of beliefs and opinions..

Of course friendly games would be good, too.

chessjam.com has 3d chess boards which are always live.. while gameknot.com has the 2D pieces and the option of a game played continuously from start to end to those that take days.

Lemme know if you're interested.. if enough people show interest i'll start arranging tournament formations etc etc..

I guess I understand, chess isnt exactly "microwavable".
Ive never played a game that had days as time limit. I remember hearing games used to be played via carrier pigeons. ( May explain their intelligence)
I've played "grunge" chess before. (extremely short time limit) But like grunge golf,
you sacrafice a little skill for speed.

I love chess, maybe I'm in, I just don't really have much spare time. I read and post in a few forums, do all my other life stuff, sleep, repeat. I'd love to play chess though, it's been a while.
