I have read so much on this site about how taking them both together is really dangerous, which is something i would never do. But I have a question. I took .5 klonopin at around 4pm today and is getting oxy 30s tomorrow. How long would I have to wait after taking the klonopin to take the oxy? I am scared because of the stories I have read about overdose on them and the half life on klonopin is quite long. what do you guys recommend?

as i got in the shit yesterday for posting something that was not in the essence of HR
i would say wait at least 12 hours possibly longer, clonaz has a long half life and essentially that means like after 12 hours u will still have 0.25 in you.
but in reality 0.5mg and 30mg aren't huge doses and if you have some sort of tolerance i highly doubt it will fuck u up or anything; but this is only from personal experience. never mix benz n opis unless you know what ur doing and highly advise to be with sum1 at the time
 
well I HAVE no tolerance at all to benzos and a bit with oxys. I can do a 30 and feel nice and 2 to be really nice. im not sure if this helps at all or changes anything at all. i have read that the half life is 35 hours. but is .5 mg of klonopin really that much to interact with an oxy approx 12 hours later?

We don't SWIM here - read the rules.
0.5mg of klonopin is not a lot if you are going to dose in 24 hoours, though it will potentiate your opiates to some degree.

Just don't push it with your dosages and you'll be fine. The half lives are not some sort of joke or lie - you will still have 0.25mg of clonazepam in you after ~40 hours and you should account for that.
 
Oh, sorry had no idea. Well anyways, will that .5mg or .25mg be enough for me to have to worry about anything dangerous happening to my?
 
Alright thanks for the advice. I think ill just wait a little while longer just to be safe.
 
well i'm not looking to mix them honestly. I'm just looking to see if it would be safe if i took an oxy 30 approximately 24 hours after taking a .5mg klonopin. i dont have a tolerance to benzos but i do have a tolerance to oxys
 
If you normally take 30mg of oxycodone you will be fine.
