Opioids Oxynorm 10mg (Oxycodone Novice)

Currently getting 10mg Oxynorm Capsules prescribed for pain relief.

10mg Orally 2 x A DAY. The capsules are white and brown Immediate Release.

Pain relief orally to be good, better than others.

Insufflated 20mg and felt little rush or "bliss"
Have recently been on Oramorph, Morphine Sulfate IM, DHC Continus and Tramadol IR 50mg.
Could I have built a significant tolerance to Opiods now? Why did I not get that feeling of hours of bliss etc from 20mg snorted??

Tolerance builds quickly. Yes, it is possible you have built up a considerable tolerance by now.

mmm as stated tolerance really builds quick esp for opiates i remember when 20/30mg would have me feeling great now in a matter of six to eight months im taking about 120-160mg of oxy plus as you need the medication for pain be careful that you dont run out as it will suck big time to wait for next presciption and oxy is difficult to find on street in uk if you do run out


im surprised your doc didnt give you oxycontin as x 2 a days for 12 hour pain relief instead of oxynorm as its great for break through pain but wont last 12 hours
