oxyneo , used properly

I take 20mg oxyneos and lyrica for arthritis,,and they work very well as a combo,but my question is, if the oxys would work or have any effect on another person. I obviously have them in my system and can feel them constant,, but would they work on someone who does not take them regularly,, just curious.
