OxyMorphone - Which one is best?

Hey all,

I may have access to a pharmaceutical of my choice soon. Having already done morphine, hydromorph, oxycodone, & hydrocodone, I am thinking some oxymorphone might be my best bet to try. I've always wanted to try it---

anyhow; WHICH Opana is the ideal one for abuse? I know there area a variety of brands and release types... is there on in particular that is known to be the best to abuse? What do you guys think about oxymorphine in terms of the high?

well how are you going to take it? If you are IV'ing it, get the IR's, if snorting it, I would get the ER's for much better filler/oxymorph ratio.

I would get the IR's. The ERs gel up, so there is no point in messing with that gel matrix.

Cool thanks. I do want to snort them.... but how is IVing? Is it way more effective than snorting? What is everyones favorite way to abuse these?

If I want to mostly snort but might try IV, would IR be good? I Take it you could probably snort an IR no prob... right? Wouldn't it make sense to get those since u can snort / eat / iv? I figure the ERs probably have higher doses though...

Sorry for allt he questions but I dont know much about these. I am excited to try them and wonder why you guys think they are your favortie opiate? THanks!

IV'ing oxymorphone is fucking orgasmic. If you are going to IV them, get the IR's, the ER's will just gel up.........but if not going to IV, snorting is the next best ROA. With IV, you get ~100% of the drug. When snorting oxymorphone, you get about ~40% of the drug.

I just tried a 7.5 ER for the first time. I snorted it, and it tasted good!
It got me absolutely ROCKED. I had read it was roughly 3 to 4 times stronger than oxycodone, on mg basis. Honestly it felt like ALOT more.

Normally 40 mg's of oxycodone sniffed gets me good, not nodding, but good. And a roxi 30 swallowed gets me feeling great too, but again not nodding.

This little 7.5 mg pill had me more euphoric then when i used to sniff dope. I had always assumed heroin gave the best euphoria, even though i found myself redosing more often. This was even better, but had the legs of oxycodone.

After about an hour i puked my brains out, then proceeded to nod out and drift to sleep, all while feeling fucking fantastic. Felt a hell of a lot stronger than 30 mg's of oxycodone though.

* BE CAREFULL THOUGH. A lot of people fall out with these things, they think because they can do a whole OC 80 and feel good, that a 40 isnt going to do much. Many of those people are dead now. This shit is no joke strong compared to other pills, except when eaten.
I think they have a ~10% bioavailability when taken orally, and that jumps to about 40 or 50% when snorted, i think plugging is a little higher, then obviously IV'ing is going to be the most active way. Start small, and build up from there.

IV Oxymorphone = the best IVable substance? What about good H? Hydromorphone IV? It be better than those? I am very curious about this mysterious substance...

imo hydromorphone produces a more pronounced rush, but oxymorphone has a comparable rush with much, much better legs than hydromorphone. Both are superior to H, imo. (for the rush at least)

I wouldn't say IV oxymorphone is better than IV Heroin. Oxymorphone has a rush that's sharper than Heroin and doesn't last nearly as long. Heroin is more sedating which is why I prefer it. I admit the euphoria from Oxymorphone is great. I can't deny that, it's rush is also pretty amazing.

unfortunately only tried heroin/hydromorphone, never oxymorphone, but it looks like a great drug to try, your lucky to be able to get whatever, so i'd go with something that doesn't come around your way much, and theres not much opana around where i am, so id try that

If you are IV'ing go for the IRs as has been stated. It is supposed to be THE best when IV'd. I love heroin, oxycodone, and hydromorphone with HM being my favorite. The high off of OxyM is supposed to beat the shit out of hydromorphone, and be a much better lasting high with less of a rush. If you aren't against needles, this is the WAY TO GO. Start small though, 2-3mg (possibly less) IV'd would probably be incredible if you had a decent opiate tolerance (maybe eating 80mg OC to feel good).

Be very careful with the dosage. It is so potent, especially when IV'd.

I see... the only thing stopping me from getting IRs is that they come in lower dosages. I will get a limited amount of a pill of my choosing--- getting 40mg of snortable Opana or 5-10mg IR pills.

No way to make the ERs IVable eh? Sux!

I cant wait to try these things!! THey sound like so much fun--- and it seem slike if i get a 40mg ER Opana's I can make them last pretty long considering the high lasts a long time and you dont need much to get toasted. RIght?
