Opioids oxymorphone vs oxycodone IR bioavailability

Searched pages of result for Opana IR and oxymorphone but I cant seem to get a straight answer. What dose of oral oxymorphone IR would be equivalent to say 100 mg of oxycodone IR?
 
50 mg oral opana should approximate 100 mg oxy, but if your sniff I believe that bumps the BA up to5x the strength of oxy so you'd only need 20mg sniffed to get the effect of 50 mg oral, and 10 mg iv to get 100 mg oxy. Opana is a strong drug, but taking it orally is a real waste IMO
