Opioids Oxymorphone + Lexapro + Vyvanse

SWIM is scripted to 30mg Vyvanse and recently 10mg Lexapro. SWIM recently had some 20mg oxymorphine, and the europhia and overall "high" was decreased substantially. Now this is not a tolerance, because SWIM does not do oxy often.

Do either of the other meds listed have an effect on an oxy high?

Btw the oxy was snorted.
 
You are scripted with that shit. You use it recreationally. This is not a swimming pool. Did you even bother to read the rules before posting?

And to be useful for you I can tell you that lisdexamfetamine decreases sedation. What would you have expected?
 
SSRIS are known to lower the opiate high. FYI those three could cause serotonin syndrome as they all increase serotonin in some way.
 
FYI lisdexamfetamine is a prodrug of dextroamfetamine which causes norepinephrine release in CNS which is far away from increasing serotonine availability.

Dextroamphetamine does releases NE and DA predominately, but it also releases serotonin as all amphetamines do, and the amount is hardly insignificant. Of course its nothing like mdma which forces serotonin release everywhere.

you should know that NE release potentiates 5 HT release through downstream mechanisms.....

opiates can increase serotonergic tone as well through gaba disinhibition of raphe serotonergic neurons increasing serotonin release.....

and of course lexapro is a reuptake inhibitor.

So yeah i stand by what i said before, watch out for serotonin syndrome if you combine all 3 and are not tolerant to any of them.
