Opana is an amazing drug and I love the high, but every single time I do it I feel really bad the next day. Sore/watery eyes, tired, overall depressed, some back/muscle aches, just not feeling good. And I know it sounds like withdrawals but I don't think that makes sense because I only do it once in a while, never consecutive days at all. This often happens after doing it for the first time in a few months or something. The thing is, this doesn't happen to me with any other opiate - not hydromorphone, not heroin, not methadone, not hydrocodone, etc. With those I might feel pretty good the next day if anything.
So I'm wondering why opana in particular gives me these after-effects. I was speculating that maybe it's because of the half-life which is fairly long. I remember once doing it a lot later at night than usual and the effects the next day weren't as bad. Maybe I'm just doing too much? I think I have a fairly decent opiate tolerance (20mg methadone or so) so I tend to snort 10mg, or at least 7-8. Maybe I should try 5mg next time.
The hangover is almost bad enough to turn me off this stuff completely. Any ideas whats going on here?
