I've read too many conflicting things online so i want to make sure as this is a very strong drug. I already broke up my 20mg ER into powder but i don't want to snort it because i read it is very dangerous to with these new ones cuz they can gel up in your lungs. I've had lung issues in the past with heroin etc and don't want to have trouble breathing.

As far as orally taking it i know it has a 10% bio availability , and i'm reading orally it is twice as strong as oxy. Is it really twice as strong even with its shit oral bio avail?

So if i take 5mg of this, it'll be like 10mg oxy? I think i tried what looked like 5mg orally last time and it didn't seem like it. please help, and no i don't want to snort it and fuck my lungs up.

IME taking oxymorphone orally is a total waste, definitely not twice as strong as oxycodone. I would say its less than half as strong but YMMV. If sniffing them is not an option, eating a greasy/fatty meal an hour or so before dosing is suppose to increase absorbtion. It's a shame opana has such a poor oral b/a, when insufflated it puts all other opiates to shame. Good luck and be careful

There's always rectal administration... Isn't the BA pretty high with opies and especially those with low BA with oral/nasal ROAs?

Also, insufflation shouldn't involve your lungs at all. The powder should stay relatively confined to your sinus cavity and would then drip down (but not into the trachea). As long as you don't snort it too hard (which you shouldn't be anyways) then it shouldn't be an issue but others could correct me on that.
