Oxymorphone ER insufflation steps?

Hi again BL, I've been a member here for 3 years but cant get into my old account (thus the new one).

I have been on very low-dose Suboxone strips (Splitting the 8mg strips into 0.75-1.00mg/day) for years, so I'm on quite the low dose. I'm ready to get high dammit. I want to know how to prepare these ER formulations of opana for intranasal use.

I have acquired 4 40mg Opana ER (oxymorphone) tablets, but have been told oral use is an utter waste. I plan on shooting the last 3 but I'd like to insufflate/snort the first one. I figure my tolerance is quite high because after being off suboxone for 3 days and taking 80mg of IR oxycodone did very little for me. I have seen on youtube how to prepare the oxymorphone exended release for IV use, but no one seems to know how to do prepare a pill for nasal ingestion What should I do? Is there a way to snort it without turning it into gel and wasting it, or should I just shoot half a pill. I'm going to ingest these pills one way or other, and I'd like you all to help me. Is there a way to sniff it, or should I go for the vein.

Thanks BL'ers, please help me here. Personal experiences are more than welcome.

Depends on if you have the brand or the generic. The generic simply crush up like the original
Opana did. Crush and snort.

If you have the brand name ones then I've seen all sorts of thread on here involving a dremel tool, and things of that nature.

Yes, oral opana is only like 10% bioavailability. I had a script when the originals were out. Then once they changed to the abuse proof (and before the generics) I literally gave away half a script cause the brand name concave ones are awful. They did nothing for me. The stop signs worked great; the generics out now work great. For your sake I hope you do not have the opana brand name ones

If you have generic you'll be fine to IV and/or snort. If not, sorry, but good luck. If that's the case. Search this site there are some threads but general consensus is they suck

Damn, I have the concave, crush resistant ones. My friend told me she melts them at 500 degrees in an oven on a cookie sheet (after keeping it in her mouth for 4 minutes to dissolve the outer layer some) until it turns into a brown goo (which she says takes 2 minutes). She then immediately places in a freezer until it hardens. Then boils for a minute and crushes/squishes last little chunks, add more water and boil the water off, then she injects it.

Is there any possible way I could turn these crush-resistant concave Opanas into something snortable. I hate to go straight to the needle and no way am I taking it orally. It's a waste.

I'm open to all ideas and suggestions.

Yep those are the dreaded concave ones. I dont know. I never had much success with them. They are like plastic!! Like I said I've heard of some ppl who grind it down to fine powder using a dremel tool. I can tell you even the radiator hose clamps do nothing for these

I guess if she did her method for you, you could use that liquid nasally?

I know this might sound fucked up but there was a time when I would grind/chip them up to pretty small pieces and smoke it off foil. Definitely a quick intense high but it doesn't last all that long. Otherwise, they're pretty useless. Good Luck and btw, I would never even think of shooting those up but that's just my opinion.

Okay so....I have 3 of these left. Before I shoot, I want to turn it into nasal spray. Any and all fucked up ideas welcome. If none come, it's going to be my first IV. please, any experiences IV or otherwise with crush resistant Opana?
